Privacy policy
The short version: we collect what you type into our form, use it to reply to you, and do not sell it or track you around the web.

This policy covers innobean.com, the website of Innobean (“we”, “us”). It explains what we collect when you visit or contact us, and what we do with it. If anything here is unclear, email mail@innobean.com.
What we collect
What you send us
When you book a free growth audit through a form on this site, we receive what you enter:
- Your name and email address (required)
- Your website, phone number, the service you are interested in, and your message (optional)
- Whether you agreed to receive text messages from us (optional)
If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you write.
What is recorded automatically
- With a form submission: the page you sent it from, your country, and your browser type.
- For every visit: our hosting provider processes your IP address and basic request details (page, time, browser) to deliver the site and keep it secure. These are standard server logs.
What we do not collect
- We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not set cookies.
- One preference is saved in your own browser if you use the “Pause animations” switch, so the site remembers your choice. It is never sent to us.
How we use it
- To reply to you and arrange the growth audit you asked for.
- To prepare for that call, for example by looking at the website you gave us.
- To keep a record of enquiries and of any work we go on to do together.
- To keep the site working and to block spam and abuse.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you filled in a form.
Text messages
We only text you if you tick the text message box on our form and give us a mobile number. Ticking it is optional and is not a condition of buying anything from us.
- What we send: messages about your enquiry, your growth audit appointment and work we are doing for you.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also email mail@innobean.com.
- We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Texts are delivered by a messaging provider and mobile carriers acting on our behalf.
Who handles it
We use a small number of service providers to run the site and our email. They process your information on our behalf:
- Cloudflare hosts this website and stores form submissions.
- Brevo sends us an email notification when a form is submitted.
- Google Workspace provides our email inbox.
These providers may process and store information in the United States and other countries. We do not share your information with anyone else, unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to maintain our business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email mail@innobean.com from the address you used to contact us and we will respond.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
